Oh...Oh my
Is it me? Am i missing something? Even if I am, say a language barrier- um what of those who do not like, use their heads...and would hence go about following this recipe? Shredded Chihuahua?? I really think that they should CLARIFY...not many are up their cheeses?

I wouldn't put anything past anybody. If they wrote "Chihuahua" they meant actual "Chihuahua" as far as I am concerned. Someone will have to prove to me otherwise that they aren't using those tiny dogs in their recipes. Yuck. heh heh. -Mike.
you know me and mexican food - yes, there really is a chihuahua cheese. it's a white cheese, very melty and VERY yummy. it's actually one of my favourite mexican cheeses. my guess is that it was originally "from" the mexican state of chihuahua.
What is the big deal? Now if you will excuse me, I am going to fix me a wiener dog and chihuahua sammich!
